Sales Negotiator

Role Overview

As a Sales Negotiator at haart Coventry you’ll support clients through the entire home‑buying process. You’ll build relationships, match buyers with properties, negotiate offers, and close deals, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

• On‑target earnings exceeding £28,000 per year

• Arrange property viewings for prospective vendors and buyers
• Negotiate offers and agree sales
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Market properties to buyers using various marketing skills
• Generate new and repeat business
• Canvass local area, door‑knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensure properties meet health and safety standards

• Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
• Team player, creating a positive working environment
• Strong reputation for outstanding customer service
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Good telephone manner
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• Attention to detail
