This role is known internally as a Salary Sacrifice‑Scheme Sales Executive.
SALARY: £60,000 OTE (includes £35,000 base) + Electric Car + Benefits.
LOCATION:
Hybrid working – minimum 3 days per week in the Coventry office.

EZOO has a fantastic new job opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join its growing team within the electric vehicle and employee benefits sector.
As a Business Development Manager you will take ownership of the full B2B sales cycle, from lead generation and prospect qualification through to onboarding and employee launch support. You will engage with HR directors, finance leaders, benefits managers, and C‑suite stakeholders to secure new business partnerships. The successful Business Development Manager will thrive in a target‑driven environment and play a key role in driving revenue growth, building commercial relationships, and supporting the adoption of sustainable mobility solutions.

DUTIES- Managing the Full Sales Cycle:
Qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating commercial agreements, and securing new business partnerships. - Generating New Business Opportunities:
Prospecting through outbound activity, networking, referrals, and industry events. - Building Commercial Relationships:
Developing trusted relationships with HR directors, finance managers, benefits professionals, and senior stakeholders. - Delivering Tailored Demonstrations:
Presenting salary sacrifice and electric vehicle solutions to prospective clients. - Creating Business Cases and ROI Models:
Demonstrating financial and employee engagement benefits to support decision‑making. - Maintaining CRM Records:
Managing pipeline activity, forecasting revenue, and reporting sales performance accurately. - Collaborating with Internal Teams:
Working closely with operations, product, and marketing teams to support successful onboarding and account activation. - Supporting Employee Launch
Activities:
Assisting with engagement initiatives to maximise scheme participation within client organisations. - Monitoring Industry Trends:
Keeping up to date with competitor activity, electric vehicle developments, and government policy changes. - Representing EZOO at Industry Events:
Building brand awareness and generating pipeline opportunities through exhibitions and networking forums. - Achieving Revenue Targets:
Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales objectives within an uncapped commission structure.
- Solid experience in a B2B sales role with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
