Appointment Setter (Financial Services Assistant) to join its Coventry office. This is a full-time, permanent role offering hybrid working, career growth opportunities, and a supportive environment.

Role Overview

You will connect with existing clients, set appointments for Financial Advisors, and support customer enquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work towards KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use marketing data from email, DM, and social campaigns
  • Make outbound calls to set appointments with existing customers
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails for customer enquiries
  • Maintain accurate CRM records

    Collaborate with marketing team and provide feedback on appointment themes
Candidate Requirements
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly telephone manner
  • Ability to work towards KPIs and targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
  • Previous sales experience (not essential, training provided)
  • Monthly commission potential for each appointment made
  • Hybrid working (2 days in office, rest remote)
  • 5% company pension contribution after 3 months
