New Homes Sales Consultant – Coventry

£27,000 basic + uncapped commission Thursday–Monday, 10am–5pm

We’re supporting a well‑established national house builder with the launch of a brand‑new development in Coventry, and they’re looking for a driven New Homes Sales Consultant to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and takes pride in helping buyers through the exciting journey of purchasing a new home.

• Greeting visitors and creating a welcoming, professional first impression
• Taking buyers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry to completion
• Building rapport with customers and maintaining strong relationships throughout the process
• Managing your sales pipeline and working confidently towards targets
• Ensuring the show home and sales office are always presented to a high standard

• Experience in New Homes is great, but we’re equally open to applicants with strong transferable sales experience
• Someone confident, personable, and able to build trust quickly
  
  Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow‑up skills
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Comfortable working Thursday to Monday, including weekends

• £27,000 basic salary
