You don’t need experience in new homes — just some previous sales experience and the confidence to build great relationships with customers.

• Welcoming customers into the sales suite and creating a memorable experience

• Guiding buyers through the full home‑buying journey

• Showcasing beautiful new developments

• Managing enquiries, appointments, and sales progression

• Working Thursday–Monday (enjoy quieter mid‑week days off)

• Someone with some previous sales experience (any sector)

• Confident, customer‑focused, and great at building rapport

• Strong communication skills

• A positive, polished, professional approach

• Driven, organised, and eager to learn

• £28k–£32k basic salary
