£35k plus uncapped commission (OTE £54k+) and car allowance

They have already established a fantastic culture and reputation in the industry and now, continuing with their impressive growth, are looking for a Sales Specialist to join this talented team. On offer for the successful candidate is an industry leading commission structure and huge scope for progression!

• Identifying potential sales opportunities in your region
• Reaching out and establishing connections within potential opportunities
• Becoming an industry expert in fitness equipment
• Building strong relationships/ networking within the industry
• Working towards an annual sales target
• Representing the brand at all times and providing an exceptional level of customer service

• A solid background in sales management / business development
• Experience in field sales is a must
• An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Tenacious and driven
• Very self‑motivated
• A fitness industry background is preferable but not essential, a passion for fitness is a must!
• You will need to be flexible with travel in order to meet with clients, preferably with access to your own transport
