Position: Territory Growth Manager (HF1334562)

The Opportunity

We are looking for motivated and commercially driven individuals to join our growing team. This role offers the chance to take ownership of a regional territory, driving growth, building relationships, and delivering real commercial impact.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients across your assigned region. You will identify new opportunities, build strong relationships, and deliver revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Plan and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Conduct face‑to‑face meetings and presentations with prospective clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to maximise revenue
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Meet and exceed individual and regional sales targets
