Digital Account Executive

Our client are a leading agency based in Coventry and due to expansion require a Digital Account Executive to join their team. You will be responsible with the Account Manager for ensuring happy clients and the smooth running of accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparation of reports and meeting presentations to assist in improving clients online marketing Communicate with clients and other departments to get work completed on time and right first time Building rapport with clients Daily monitoring, management and control of clients work through Vamos (internal job management system) and any other systems used Manage and actioning of meeting notes Regular checking and maintenance of clients websites ensuring details are correct and the website is working as it should be as well as identifying areas for improvement Assisting Account Managers with all account management tasks Continually improving online marketing knowledge Performance Measured By:
Client retention Client feedback Feedback from other departments Efficient management: time jobs spent in query, brief quality, time job spends with client etc.
