Field Sales Consultant – Leicester branch (Midlands)

We're currently seeking a Field Sales Consultant to join our dedicated team at the Leicester branch, covering the Midlands. If you enjoy managing your own schedule and solving unique customer problems in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

  Start with a basic salary of £26,435 per annum.
• Expected OTE: £32,500 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.

In this field‑based role, you’ll visit both new and existing customers, building relationships and selling our medical and hazardous waste services. You will work closely with a portfolio of existing customers while managing new sales opportunities via enquiries and internal leads. Daily travel is required, and providing excellent customer service is essential.

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous.
• May need to pass a DBS check depending on the role.
