Car Sales Executive

Job Overview

Sales Executive – Motorpoint in Coventry. Salary: £20,000 base plus uncapped performance commission (OTE £40k–£50k). Permanent contract, 40 hours per week with a 5‑day shift pattern and required weekend work.

• Meet, greet and build rapport with customers in-store.
• Provide a no‑pressure sales service that identifies and anticipates customer needs.
• Deliver face‑to‑face quotes for selected vehicles in line with customer preferences.
• Upsell relevant products and finance solutions where appropriate.
• Manage the handover process, ensuring high customer service standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver outstanding customer experience and manage expectations.

• Full UK driving licence.
• Proven track record of sales or customer service excellence.
• Experience in a sales environment or hitting targets.
• Experience selling financial products a plus – training will be provided.
• Excellent rapport‑building and relationship‑management skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
