Novotel London West is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to shape and execute a strategic sales plan with a focus on room hire, food & beverage and related bedroom targets, ensuring there is a strong sales culture within the team by setting clear monthly targets and tracking progress.
You will manage relationships with local corporate accounts, hunt for new business and coordinate with extranet providers, Delphi users, and reservations systems to maximise revenue across transient and MICE segments.
