Business Development Manager; MOBILES

We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to be the Mobiles Specialist for an established telecoms organisation. The role involves achieving new business and sales targets for mobile products and services to the SME market across Coventry, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire, selling at a local level within a global organisation.

• Generate new business and sales within the SME market.
• Make a minimum of 75 outbound B2B calls per week, at least three days per week.
• Book a minimum of five meetings per week for new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a prospect bank for mobile solutions.
• Collaborate with desk‑based, field, hybrid and customer service sales teams to support sales targets and resolve order issues.
• Work closely with internal departments to handle inbound customer calls and ensure they are routed to the relevant team.
• Deliver world‑class customer service while achieving personal and team targets.

• Trustworthy, high work ethic, integrity, discipline, positive mental attitude.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Minimum 2 years of B2B mobile sales experience.
• 5 GCSEs, Level 6 and above.

• Ability to work unsupervised as part of a team.
• Confidentiality and compliance with regulatory, fair trading and competition rules.
• Capacity to work in front of a VDU for long periods.
