Matched is expanding its Enterprise Customer Success team in the UK, targeting large, high-value FS clients and complex deployments. You will manage strategic relationships, ensure value delivery, and drive adoption of our Fin Tech SaaS solutions across EMEA.
You will collaborate with Sales, Solutions Consultants, Presales, and Product to deliver outcomes, manage executive engagements, and oversee net revenue retention through effective account management and customer health programs.
