Telesales Representative

Quantum Contract Solutions works with construction subcontractors across the UK, Ireland and Australia to help them squeeze more margin out of their projects and massively reduce contract risk by tightening up contracts, EOTs, variations and dispute s.We’re growing fast and we’re building a small, high-output sales team to fuel that growth. We do high ticket business to business sales only for an international marke t.

t.There are two shifts available for this role. One in Australia (2am to 10am SAST) and one in the UK (11am to 7pm SAST)

Compensation Base salary (probation)

• R12,000–R13,000 per month (first 3 months, depending on experi
• ence).Base salary (post-proba

  R14,000–R15,000 per month once you’ve shown to hit the targets consist
• ently.
  
  You earn commission on completed, qualified sales calls you
• ncome.
  
  At target, your total monthly earnings are in the R25,000–R30,000+
• range.
  
  If you outperform (25–30+ shows), R30,000–R35,000+ is realistic.
