The Role As Used Car Sales Manager, you will:
Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Executives. Drive used vehicle sales performance and departmental profitability. Monitor KPIs and coach the team to maximise results. Deliver an exceptional customer journey from enquiry through to handover. Manage stock performance and customer retention. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing mentoring and support. Weekend working is required as part of the dealership's operating hours.

About You We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Controller within the motor trade. A strong background in premium or luxury automotive brands. A proven track record of delivering sales growth and profitability. Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills. Strong commercial awareness and a customer-first approach.
