We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Car Sales Executive at a prestigious dealership in Coventry. • - Competitive basic salary of £25,000
• - On-target earnings (OTE) of £60,000

• - Manage customer enquiries from various sources including showroom visitors, online leads, and marketing campaigns
• - Provide a professional, consultative sales experience to clients
• - Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• - Negotiate sales and close deals efficiently
• - Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on luxury vehicle stock
• - Complete all sales administration and compliance documentation accurately
• - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• - Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPI standards

• - Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive, preferably within the prestige or luxury sector
• - Demonstrable ability to meet and surpass sales targets
• - Strong negotiation and closing skills
• - Professional appearance and manner suitable for a luxury showroom environment
• - Excellent communication and customer service skills
• - Self-motivated with a high drive to maximise earnings
• - Full UK driving licence
