• Drive used vehicle sales performance and departmental profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and coach the team to maximise results.
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey from enquiry through to handover.
• Manage stock performance and customer retention.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing mentoring and support.

Weekend working is required as part of the dealership's operating hours.
