This is an inbound call role with outbound calls to existing customers.
Our client is based in North Coventry and are looking for motivated enthusiastic and target driven Sales Executives. This is an opportunity to play an integral part in the growth and development of a company with a brilliant working environment and clear career progression opportunities from day one.
Responsibilities- Take Inbound calls from Customers and deal with any queries / enquiries regarding products deliveries or sales.
- Outbound calls to customers to progress sales opportunities from leads received via the website.
- Provide an outstanding Customer experience to all customers.
- Manage online chat platform to sell products and services provide product information and help customers to make a purchase decision.
- 1 years experience as a sales executive in a customer service and target driven role.
- Be able to demonstrate their ability to achieve sales targets and add ons.
- Excellent communication both verbally and written.
- The ability to negotiate to achieve and exceed KPIs.
