This is an inbound call role with outbound calls to existing customers.

The successful Sales Executive will :

  • Take Inbound calls from Customers and deal with any queries / enquiries regarding products deliveries or sales.
  • Outbound calls to customers to progress sales opportunities from leads received via the website.
  • Provide an outstanding Customer experience to all customers.
  • Manage online chat platform to sell products and services provide product information and help customers to make a purchase decision.

The successful Sales Executive will have :

  • 1 years experience as a sales executive in a customer service and target driven role.
  • Be able to demonstrate their ability to achieve sales targets and add ons.
  • Excellent communication both verbally and written.
  • The ability to negotiate to achieve and exceed KPIs.
