Competitive We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and customer service, aiming to deliver outstanding experiences in the automotive industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process of vehicles and finance solutions.

Day-to-day of the role:
Welcome customers into the dealership and provide an exceptional customer experience. Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable vehicles and finance solutions. Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. Build lasting relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals. Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated with the latest models and technologies. Work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Passionate about sales and customer service. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven. Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities. Professional, organised, and self-motivated. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience in automotive sales is preferred, but not essential. Strong candidates from retail or other sales backgrounds will also be considered. Must hold a full UK driving licence. Benefits:
