Door-to-Door Team Leader

Calling All Experienced Door-to-Door Sales Professionals & Team Leaders! Have you sold Gas & Electric, Charity Fundraising, ECO3/ECO4, Windows, Solar or other products door-to-door? If you know how to knock on a door, start a conversation and close a sale, promoting your local milkman could be one of the easiest sales youll ever make! Were looking for an experienced, confident and motivated Door-to-Door Team Leader to lead a team of sales representatives and help bring fresh milk and everyday essentials to more homes across the local community.

Earn £1,000 £ 1,500 Per Week OTE All sales representatives receive minimum wage depending on age, plus uncapped commission, with an OTE of £1,000 £ 1,500 per week for high-performing salespeople. As a Team Leader, you can earn an additional £300 per week, plus commission based on the sales generated by your team. The better your team performs, the more you earn.

The Role As a Door-to-Door Team Leader, you will:
Lead and motivate a team of door-to-door sales representatives Support your team in generating new customers Help recruit, train and develop salespeople Lead by example and demonstrate effective door-to-door sales techniques Set and drive team sales targets Monitor performance and help team members maximise their earning potential Build relationships with local residents and promote our doorstep delivery service Help create a positive, motivated and successful sales team About You You must:
Have previous door-to-door sales experience Have experience leading or motivating a sales team Hold a full UK driving licence Have your own vehicle Be confident, outgoing and highly motivated Have a smart and professional appearance Be target-driven and commercially motivated Be comfortable working outdoors and independently Have the confidence to lead from the front and get the best from your team Why Join Us?
