No sales experience is required, it's all about your attitude and desire to succeed. The right person will be motivated, confident and keen to build a career in sales. You'll be comfortable making calls, writing emails and meeting new people, and you'll be happy to prospect consistently and work towards targets. You'll also need to be comfortable travelling, as it's normal to spend 1-2 hours getting to a face-to-face meeting.

The right candidate will be based within commutable distance of Tamworth.

This Tamworth-based construction company designs, manufactures and installs temporary and permanent buildings for businesses across the UK. These include warehouses, workshops, storage facilities, and sports or school buildings. Customers can rent or buy, giving them a quick and flexible way to create extra space without committing to a traditional construction project. They're now working with BMS to add a Sales Executive to their Tamworth team.

As a Sales Executive, you'll identify and research new customers within agreed target markets, reaching out through outbound calls, emails and visits. Most of the team manage a specific region or location of the UK, and consistent prospecting activity is key to success. You'll develop a strong understanding of what the company does, its competitors and industry changes, so you can have confident, informed conversations with prospects.
