This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coventry for a Property Maintenance Operative. The role involves day-to-day maintenance and repair work for residential and commercial properties, ensuring safety, functionality, and aesthetic quality. Key responsibilities include performing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman tasks, along with identifying and addressing maintenance issues that may arise. The Property Maintenance Operative will work closely with the property management team to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.

Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general handyman tasks; identify and address maintenance issues; work closely with property management to maintain high safety and quality standards and ensure timely completion of projects.

• Practical skills in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
• Experience in general repair and maintenance tasks, such as painting, tiling, and fixing fixtures
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to property maintenance
• Good communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with teams and property owners
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the Coventry area
• Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field is a plus
