We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Trades people to join us as we look to grow our In-House Maintenance Team. We are looking for people in the Coventry, Leicester, Hinckley and Northampton areas.

• Basic Salary of £37,764 per annum
• Performance bonus of up to £5,000 per annum
• Out of Hours Payments (on average, around £4,000 per annum)

• Work in both occupied and empty properties to diagnose and complete a broad range of repairs and special projects such as aids and adaptions.
• Carpentry & joinery – fitting doors, kitchens, floorboards
• Plumbing – fitting bathroom suites, changing taps, repairing toilets
• Plastering – whole walls, ceilings or rooms
• Decorating – painting walls, ceiling and woodwork

If you hold a relevant Trades qualification, please ensure this is highlighted on your CV at application stage.

• Multi-skilled tradesperson with a main trade complemented by skills across one or more other trades
• Sound knowledge of site safety and safe working practices
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Great people skills and motivation to leave customers happy
