We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Trades people to join us as we look to grow our In-House Maintenance Team. We are looking for people in the Coventry, Leicester, Hinckley and Northampton areas.
What is on offer?- Basic Salary of £37,764 per annum

Responsibilities- Work in both occupied and empty properties to diagnose and complete a broad range of repairs and special projects such as aids and adaptions.
- Carpentry & joinery – fitting doors, kitchens, floorboards
- Plumbing – fitting bathroom suites, changing taps, repairing toilets
- Plastering – whole walls, ceilings or rooms
- Decorating – painting walls, ceiling and woodwork
If you hold a relevant Trades qualification, please ensure this is highlighted on your CV at application stage.
What're we looking for?- Multi-skilled tradesperson with a main trade complemented by skills across one or more other trades
- Sound knowledge of site safety and safe working practices
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Great people skills and motivation to leave customers happy
