Gas Engineer - Coventry

We are seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of gas appliances and systems in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with various tools and equipment.

• Carry out servicing to boilers and fires for social housing landlords.
• Provide excellent customer relationships with client(s), tenants and external customers.
• Adhere to all deadlines set and meet department objectives.
• Ensure paperwork is accurately completed and returned.
• Attend Toolbox Talks.
• Ensure you comply to Engineer standards i.e. uniform, appearance etc, at all times.
• Maintain an understanding of Health, Safety and Environment responsibilities/duties and Company Procedures.
• Complete weekly vehicle and equipment checks on van/tools, reporting any concerns to line management as promptly as possible.
• Present van for monthly audits carried out by line manager, ensuring they are clean and tidy, road worthy and the van information pack is present.
• Provide on-call support as required.
• Any other reasonable duties.
• ACS Qualification (including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 & CKR1).
• Unvented not essential, but desirable.
• Offer a high level of customer service at all times.
• Have a flexible approach to working hours.

• Minimum 2 years as a Gas Safe Engineer

Pay: £36,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
