Lettings Executive; Mandarin Speaking Real Estate

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Executive role in a Real Estate agency based in Coventry.

It is a remarkable and motivating team that works in the UK and Chinese real estate markets and has developed its own student housing brand.

A person with outstanding telephone manners and negotiation skills is required. They should also be upbeat, patient, and friendly.

The Lettings Executive will make sure that every inquiry is handled promptly, professionally, efficiently, and precisely to guarantee total client satisfaction.

The capable applicant may be qualified for a work visa.

• A 2.1 undergraduate grade point average in the UK is necessary.
• A master's degree with a focus on business, administration, law, culture, or language is preferable.
• Genuine interest in helping customers, with a preference for those with more than a year's worth of experience.
• Working knowledge of student organisations or universities is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the higher education and real estate sectors is preferred.
• Writing and speaking in both Mandarin and English must be at a proficient level.
• Requires good telephone and email manners.
• Requires strong IT abilities.
• Capable of establishing and maintaining productive connections with partners and customers.
• Able to operate successfully both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and work correctly under time constraints.
• Proactive ability to solve problems.
