Overview

Hours: 28 Hours per Week

We are looking for a flexible and reliable Team Leader to join our team on a 28-hour contract.

Typical working pattern:

Week 1

  • Thursday: 14:00 - 21:30
  • Saturday: 07:00 - 14:15 / 14:15 - 21:30
  • Sunday: 14:00 - 21:30

Week 2

  • Monday: 07:00 - 14:30
  • Wednesday: 14:00 - 21:30
  • Thursday: 14:00 - 21:30
  • Friday: 07:00 - 14:30

Please note: Flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the business.

Role and responsibilities

As a Care Team Leader, you’ll play an important role in ensuring exceptional care is delivered every day. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you’ll lead shifts, support and coordinate care teams, oversee medication procedures, complete care assessments, and help ensure we continue to meet high regulatory and quality standards.
