Rainbow Trust is seeking a Kentown Family Support Worker for East Lancashire on a maternity cover up to 12 months. This full-time role (35 hours over 5 days) delivers needs-led emotional, social and practical support to families where a child or young person has a life-threatening or terminal illness.
You will work with health, education and social care professionals, manage your own caseload, and position yourself as a compassionate, practical guide.
