Great Places Housing Association is seeking a part-time Housing and Wellbeing Officer (18 hours per week) to work with customers to promote independence and wellbeing within a customer-focused environment.
You will identify strengths and development needs, help customers access services, coach on occupancy responsibilities, and respond to feedback while safeguarding duties are followed. Housing management experience is desirable.
