Supervising Social Worker

Location: Coventry and surrounding areas

Salary: Up to 40,000 + 2,100 car allowance

Non Stop's client, based in the West Midlands, is seeking a determined and motivated social worker to join their therapeutic fostering agency on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

Support a small caseload of around 7 foster carers throughout Coventry, Warwickshire, and Northampton
Provide support, supervision, training, and advice when needed while upholding therapeutic practices

Requirements:

Registered with Social Work England
A driver
Experience working within the fostering sector of children's services
Up to date with current legislation
