Our client based in Bournemouth is seeking a motivated and experienced Adult Social Worker to join their Preparing for Adulthood (PfA) Team. This role supports young people as they transition from Children’s Services into Adult Social Care, ensuring person-centred planning and positive long-term outcomes.
The team works with young people with complex needs, including EHCPs, requiring strong knowledge of legislation, excellent assessment skills, and ability to work across multi-agency settings.
