Niyaa People is seeking a Tenancy Support Worker to join a well-established organisation delivering floating support across Nottinghamshire County Council Areas. The role is 37 hours per week on a rolling contract, providing person-centred, trauma-informed support to refugees and resettled individuals in their homes and communities.
You will manage caseloads, conduct needs and risk assessments, and coordinate with partner agencies to promote independence, tenancy sustainment and wellbeing,
