Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Vaccinator on a part-time, term-time basis (22.5 hours per week) based at Abingdon Hospital to deliver the School Aged Immunisation Programme in primary, secondary, and independent schools and in other community venues.
The role requires a flexible pattern, including occasional evenings and weekends, and a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle. Adjustments under the Equality Act can be considered.
