Red Snapper Recruitment Limited is seeking a Helpline Practitioner to join the Domestic Abuse Service in Coventry. The role involves providing vital support, information, and advocacy to individuals affected by domestic abuse, forced marriage, and various forms of gender-based violence.
As the first point of contact for victims, you will respond to helpline calls, assess risk, and help them access necessary support. A good standard of education and experience with domestic abuse services are essential.
