Insight Executive Group is recruiting a compassionate Young Persons Support Worker to assist vulnerable young people in developing skills and confidence for independent living. You will provide person-centred support, help sustain accommodation, access education, training and employment, and achieve positive outcomes.
Based in Coventry, the role requires a 37.5-hour week with a shift pattern Monday to Sunday.
