Family Brief Intervention Worker

As a Family Brief Intervention Worker, you will join our Child and Family Wellbeing Service in Warwickshire, working as part of the School Nursing Team to support children, young people and families across the county.

This is a rewarding community-based role where you will help deliver the Healthy Child Programme for children and young people aged 5 to 19 years, and up to 25 years for those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

You will work directly with children, young people and families, providing early intervention, health promotion and practical support that helps improve health outcomes and reduce inequalities.

Working across schools, community settings and family homes, you will play an important role in helping children and young people make positive lifestyle choices, improve their wellbeing and access the support they need to thrive.
