University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire is recruiting a Senior Social Worker to join the Adults team in Coventry. The role supports complex caseloads, conducts assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with statutory duties, and facilitates safe hospital discharges.
You will lead safeguarding enquiries, work with health professionals and families, and provide professional guidance within a multidisciplinary team. Hybrid working includes three days in the office and two from home.
