Waythrough is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to deliver tailored housing-related support across the Co. Durham and Northeast region.
This field-based role requires a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle. You’ll provide one-to-one support, develop Tenancy Sustainment Plans, help tenants with complex needs, coordinate with local authorities and partners, and ensure properties are safe and compliant.
