Cambridgeshire County Council is recruiting three full-time Family Group Conference Coordinators (37 hours per week) on a permanent basis to support families within Children's Social Care across Cambridgeshire. You will facilitate Family Group Conferences and help families develop their own plans, ensuring children's voices are central.
Based at Hillrise, Huntingdon, with countywide travel and occasional flexibility.
