The Housing Network is seeking a dedicated Support Worker (Complex Needs) in North Northants to provide trauma-informed, strengths-based support to residents experiencing homelessness. You will build trusting relationships, create outcome-focused plans, and help residents access tenancy support and benefits.
This full-time role is 40 hours per week across 7 days, with potential weekend and bank holiday shifts.
