What is the job role?

Make a Real Difference to Families Every Day Are you passionate about supporting children, young people and families to thrive? We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Family Hub Community Practitioner to join our team and deliver early help interventions that make a lasting  this rewarding role, you'll work directly with families, providing practical support, delivering evidence-based programmes, and connecting people to the right services at the right time.

You'll collaborate with schools, health professionals, housing, police and community partners to create positive change and improve outcomes for children and young people.

If you have experience of working with families, a commitment to a whole-family approach, and the ability to build strong relationships within communities, we'd love to hear from you.

You will have a strong understanding of child development, parenting practice and the challenges families can face, alongside knowledge of safeguarding and early help principles, including the Coventry Safeguarding Children Partnership Right Help Right Time Guidance. An understanding of the Family Hub and Start for Life Programme and the Supporting Families Outcomes Framework is desirable.
