The National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux is seeking a Housing & Welfare Benefits Caseworker in Coventry to join the REACH High Intensity User Crisis Prevention and Wellbeing Service. This fixed term contract is office-based with funding for an initial six‑month pilot period.
You will provide specialist, person‑centred housing, welfare benefits and financial wellbeing casework to individuals identified as HIU of emergency and crisis services, helping reduce unnecessary hospital visits
