Innate AI is seeking a contract AI Developer to own the delivery of high-impact AI systems from brief to deployment. You will build AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and full-stack internal tools with minimal oversight. This role is ideal for independent builders who want to apply McKinsey-style project management to fast-paced technical delivery for real-world clients.

• Design and deploy robust AI agents, LLM workflows, and RAG/search systems that integrate seamlessly with client data and existing business processes.
• Build full-stack internal tools and dashboards using React, Next.js, and Python or Type Script to solve specific client automation challenges.
• Develop and manage APIs, webhooks, and complex n8n automations across tools like Notion, Google, Slack, and various CRM platforms.

• Demonstrates a proven track record of shipping real-world projects such as production apps, AI tools, or sophisticated client-facing automations.
• Exhibits mastery of Python, JavaScript, or Type Script and is highly proficient using AI developer tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
• Possesses a strong ownership mindset, capable of working independently to hit deadlines and communicating technical progress clearly to stakeholders.
