Swim Instructor

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in the Greater Coventry area. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for planning and delivering swimming lessons to individuals and groups of various skill levels. The role includes promoting water safety, assisting in developing swimming techniques, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for participants. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the high standards of the pool area and collaborating with lifeguards to ensure the safety of all participants.

• Proven experience in Swim Instruction with strong Swimming skills
• Knowledge and understanding of Aquatics and Swim Lessons
• Certification or experience in Lifeguarding is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage participants of all ages
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
• NGB or ASA swimming teaching qualification is required
