Senior Coordinator, Logistics - EU

As a Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will join a dynamic and fast-paced Logistics team. You will have overall responsibility for all bookings with our 3PL based in the Netherlands. Working alongside a Team Leader and Logistic Coordinators to ensure smooth transition of stock to our customers.

• Liaising with Operations, Sales, Suppliers, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders and our warehouse partners based in the Netherlands 3PL to ensure smooth transition of stock to our customers.
• Execute and oversee the administration of inbound and outbound shipments from our Netherlands 3PL to customer(s) across EMEA.
• Supporting the Logistics Coordinator team by maintaining SOPs and training team members when required.
• Providing leadership and guidance to the coordinator team in the absence of the Manager, EU Operations, attending meetings and completing reporting tasks when required.
• Ensure all internal and external deliveries are made in a timely manner. Actioning or supporting the team with imports, exports, deliveries, freight saving, tracking of shipments and invoice posting.
• Ensure all deliveries are prepared and completed in time for collection.
• Ensure all relevant documents are provided to the dispatch teams prior to shipment.
• Ensure transport is arranged for all deliveries and transfers.
• Investigate and resolve all escalated queries relating to dispatch.
• Maintain filing system.
• Procure PODs.
• Participation in continuous improvement projects within the department.
• Support the UK logistics team if required who partner with our Coventry warehouse.

• Highly organised, proactive approach and a ‘can do’ attitude to problem solving.
• Attention to detail.
• High levels of initiative, energy and have passion and dedication for completing tasks to the highest standards.
• Ability to work effectively as an individual, as well as part of the wider centre team.
• You’ll have excellent communication skills and be competent in English & Maths.
• 3PL / EU experience desirable.
• OOCL Podium experience desirable.
• Microsoft D365 experience desirable.
• You must also have IT skills and be able to utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently.
