HGV CLASS 1 Tramper DRIVER LTD Drivers * at ASR T

Apply for HGV Class1 Trampler Driver with immediate start. Salary: £1100 per week for LTD drivers. Pay rates for PAYE drivers are £1000 per week plus £100 night out per week.

We are recruiting Class1 HGV drivers (trampers) based in Coventry, close to M6 junction
3. Drivers will operate curtain‑siders with occasional tail‑lift deliveries and will be given their own dedicated trucks with fully kitted night gear (fridge, freezer and microwave). Work schedule is Monday to Friday with start times between 0400 and 0700am. Local and long‑distance routes are available.

• Operate Class1 vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations.
• Deliver goods to various locations, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Load and unload flat‑bed cargo, securing items properly for transport.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices while on the road.

• Class1 licence with at least 18 months driving experience (minimum 2 years more preferred).
• Valid digital tachograph and CPC card.
• ADR licence preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills towards both customers and colleagues.
• Good geographic knowledge of the UK and thorough knowledge of road rules.
• Clean licence and a clean driving record.
