HGV Class 1 Driver

CTRG Limited are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers to support trunking operations in the Coventry area.

• Job Type: Full-Time / Potential Temp-to-Perm for the Right Candidate
• Rates: Up to £37.34 per hour

• Trunking from A to B
• Assisting FLT drivers with strapping and unstrapping the curtain around the product
• No handballing required
• Full Driving Assessment must be completed
• AM and PM shifts available
• Overtime (After 9 hours)
• 6th shift in a week – Paid at double time
• Potential to be taken on permanently

Days – LGV CE

Nights – LGV CE

• Valid UK C+E (Class
  1) licence —
  minimum 24 months experience
• Valid DCPC &
  Digital Tachograph
• Understanding of Driver Hours &
  Working Time Directive
• Ability to complete safety checks and report defects
• Strong communicator with a flexible, can-do attitude

Before starting, all candidates must complete and pass:

• Physical driving assessment
• Drug & alcohol screening

• Weekly pay with PAYE & PAYE RUH options
• Access to wages when needed through Stream

• Stable Monday–Friday working pattern
