Transport Supervisor - FTC

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Transport Supervisor on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to support the day-to-day operation of our busy hub, processing up to 500,000 parcels per day. Reporting to the Transport Shift Manager, you will work closely with driver teams and operational stakeholders to ensure transport services are delivered safely, efficiently and in full compliance with legal and company standards.

You will lead driver briefings and debriefings, oversee operational performance, support transport planning, and act as a key point of contact for both internal and external customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a transport professional with strong leadership, operational and compliance experience who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Shift pattern: Monday Friday 7:00pm - 3:30am

• Lead driver briefings and debriefings to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Monitor route performance, working time, mileage, and service delivery across the shift.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, including delays, vehicle defects, incidents, and compliance concerns.
