CTRL-F LOGISTICS KORTRIJK zoekt een magazijnverantwoordelijke die circa 15 magazijniers aanstuurt op drie sites. Je coacht, motiveert en stuurt bij waar nodig en werkt hands-on op de vloer bij laden, lossen, orderpicken en verpakken.
Je zorgt voor orde en structuur, beheert verlof en capaciteitsinschatting, registreert goederen en rapporteert verbeterpunten aan het management. Vereisten: ervaring met teamleiding, vloeiend Nederlands en Frans, hands-on instelling; heftruckcertificaat is een plus.
