Carrington (M31) Job Type: Part-time, Weekend, Ongoing About Career Makers Recruitment Career Makers Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (CE) Drivers for ongoing weekend trunking work based in Carrington . This is clean, straightforward depot-to-depot trunking with no manual handling, no loading or unloading just simple trunking runs using modern, well-maintained vehicles. Whether you're looking to supplement your income with weekend work or prefer part-time driving, this role offers flexible shifts, excellent rates of pay and ongoing work every weekend.
Pay Rates (PAYE)
Shift Pay Rates (PAYE) Shift Basic Pay Including Holiday Pay Saturday Days £20.00 per hour or £22.41 per hour Including Holiday pay Saturday Nights £21.00 per hour or £23.53 per hour Including Holiday pay Sunday Days £21.00 per hour or £23.53 per hour Including Holiday pay Sunday Nights £23.00 per hour or £25.77 per hour Including Holiday pay Weekly pay Ongoing weekend work Flexible shifts available
The Role Depot-to-depot trunking. No manual handling or unloading. Drive modern, well-maintained Class 1 vehicles. Complete vehicle safety checks before and after each shift. Complete all relevant paperwork accurately. Follow all road transport legislation and health & safety procedures. Requirements Valid UK Class 1 (CE) Licence. Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card. Valid Digital Tachograph Card. Minimum 12 months' Class 1 driving experience (new passes may also be considered).
